Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original Kozo Studio packaging, ensuring all protective materials are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
